Pales of glory

It's getting gloomier, whether you like it a not. Let's start with A.

A used to date this guy and he would walk and chat with him home, enjoying the moment. Then, A would rush madly to catch his last bus home. Sometimes , A couldn't catch the last bus, and even though he's broke, he would still walk the person home, and then take a cab. A obviously didn't eat much the next day. That's what some people would do.

Well, these days, appreciations are often neglected over things that are done on instant, like sex and all that jazz. Instead, if you are lucky, you might be rewarded by betrayal, be taken for granted, or the best prize, which is nothing at all. Don't grump my dear fellows. Like they say, there's plenty of fishes in the sea, just use A cheaper bait next time ;)
