Tea is dried leaves in water

Last night, I saw a cow jumping over the moon. It was beautiful.

Mangos & Seafood

Ingredients:

Mashed mangos and juice
Pineapples
Whipping Cream (prefably President's brand)
Freshly skinned shrimps
Squids
Lime
Lemongrass
Onions
Sugar
Salt
Chilli
Tumeric powder
water
Mix vegetables (optional)

1.Lightly stir fry mangos and pineapples on a pan till lightly grazed.
2.Add in lemongrass, chilli and onions. Stir.
3. Add in whipping cream with equal amount of mango juice jand stir gently to a boil (2/4 cream, 1/4 mango juice, 1/4 water). Add shrimps and squids. Add mix vegetables.
4. Add tumeric powder till soup becomes light yellow and add salt, pepper to taste.
5. Simmer soup over light heat and stir occasionally.
6. Serve soup hot and with a dash of lime juice and fresh persley.

Sounds yummy and exotic eh! But i have yet to try this yet lol. Saw on TV this lady eating something like this in brazil and it seems good. Sooon some lucky fellows are gonna try this new dish amongst others ;)

All's not lost (really)

Well well well.... I Lost my wallet yesterday!!!! I was around tanjong Pagar, trying to top up a stupid Hi-card and everything was a mess... And before I knew it, I was heading into the control station when my Ez-link card carrier was missing, together with my wallet. My dear colleague June, whose has no handphone(!!!) was walking unnoticed that I wasn't beside her and she disappeared!!

Well, that left me running back to area where the unspeakable happened and obviously my belongings aren't there anymore.. My IC.. My cards... Everything. I thinking I went blank for a couple of minutes while searching around the bins(..U know, some asses would just take your stuff and throw the wallet into the bin eh).

Luckily, my dear friend Frasier called and he drove me outta my misery. Haaha .. In the car, he was assuring me not to panic, "Hello~~~ you are still alive right.... What's worse than dying or being dead?!! This is nothing! NOTHING!"

Anyway I reported to the police... And surprisingly they managed to recover my wallet. Someone actually sent it to orchard police post. Managed to retrieve back my Ic, which is the most important item.... But my 30 bucks Ez-link and 11-B is goneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Sighz.. at least the lost would have been worse. Counting my lucky stars :)

You must've not know about me

Angry words are written through thoughts that flutter. The mind is intelligent but never too precise. I'm pleading, often too soon. I'm so tired these days... Do I have to fall into darkness again?? Being hurt is nothing new. Acceptance is generalizing.

Yup... It's 4a.m. Went a little clubbing at Attica. Afterwhich we had some drinks at Macs. McDonald's at Liang Court at this time was this close () to hanging a rainbow flag haha! had a great time with you guys. Cya all soon.

Well, there's some things i need to say. Words are just empty promises until they turn to actions. You can give me the universe and planets but all will be lost in the blackhole if you don't prove/show/challenge/perform. There's nothing more disappointing than that. I'm very forgiving, too much for my own good. You can abuse my kindness, but know that bad karma do exist. All I need is the key to unlock your thoughts, no matter how cliche it may sound.

Haiizzz... Went for my TP and I failed!! I mounted kerb at the least expected :( Was finishing the circuit, and I was exiting the S-course when I mounted the bloody kerb when I turned out!! Even the tester was momentarily stunned haha!! Gosh I so don't feel satisfied!! Orh well.. Blame my carelessness :S The next test would be next year le.a llooonnggggg lloonngg way to go.

Some updates :)

Was at this new 2 storey cafe-cum-pub place opened by my friend's friend. It's situated opposite Chinatown point. If I remembered correctly, its called Domus Cafe?? The ambiance is not bad, cozy, serves alcohol and not too bad food :)

Went ECP hawker center and guess what? We had free food the moment we hit the tables! A nice ang mo lady insisted giving us free satay as she had double ordered! We wanted to pay but she waved and said "have a nice meal!"

Ok, this is like really goooooddd!! HAha I was concentrating on finishing it that I forgot to take a pic. Its bread and butter pudding!!! And it's made with muffins!!! It's at this little cafe in Amara hotel... Don't ask me what I'm doing there, My work pace is near there la!

And here you have Mimi from the bronx haha! Here's her usual posture, lying like a king waiting to be fed. It has grown quite abit and her fur coat is a lighter shade of grey. And yes, I'm using "it", coz I don't know it's sex yet!!! Maybe I will send it for nail trimming then ask the assistant to check for me ba haha! ;P
